Ingredients
- 1 full chicken (+/-1.3 kg)
- 75 g butter
- chicken seasoning
- pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the fryer to 200°C.
- Loosen the skin from the chicken using your fingers.
- Break the butter into small pieces and leave to soften slightly.
- Insert the pieces of butter under the chicken skin and divide evenly.
- Season the chicken with pepper and chicken seasoning.
- Cook the chicken at 200°C for 30 minutes.
